In approximate Upper to Lower (descending) order: Tittachieri Fm sandstone / Vedaranniyam Fm limestone / Madanam Fm limestone / Tirutturaipundi Fm sandstone / Vanjiyur Fm sandstone / Shiyali Fm sandstone / Kovilkalappal Fm claystone / Niravi Fm sandstone

Lower contact
